Our associates are selected based on their technical ability, customer service disposition, and attitude.
Ultimately applicants are selected by our team.
Once accepted service providers are required to:
- Successfully complete a 6 month continuing training program
- Participate in continual reviews of skills
- Meet and exceed guest and shop expectations
- Be committed to metro FOR MEN's vision and mission

Go Vikings! Alyse is a huge football fan and will keep you up to date on what is going on with her team. Not only does she have a passion for sports, but for hair as well. Aveda trained, Alyse brings a disciplined skill set to us and has completed our in-house training program. If you are looking for a great haircut with a fun experience, she is the stylist for you.
