We are committed to offering our guests consistent service with a CAREing experience at every visit. The only way we can achieve this is through our associates. Our associates are selected based on their technical ability, customer service disposition, and attitude. Ultimately applicants are selected by our team. Once accepted service providers are required to:

Successfully complete a 6 month continuing training program
Participate in continual reviews of skills
Meet and exceed guest and shop expectations
Be committed to metro FOR MEN's vision and mission

Claire comes to metro FOR MEN all the way from the UK. Receiving her training in Manchester, she moved to the states and concentrated her skills on nail care and skincare. Claire has enjoyed working in upscale spa environments and after being exposed to men's grooming services, she sought to focus 100% on those services. Now at metro FOR MEN she happily works to keep our guests groomed from brows to toes. She is dedicated to a sanitary work environment and will assure you feel comfortable as well. Claire gives the BEST message ever, with additional training in reflexology. Be sure to ask Claire for the latest joke. She will make you laugh out loud.
