We are committed to offering our guests consistent service with a CAREing experience at every visit. The only way we can achieve this is through our associates. Our associates are selected based on their technical ability, customer service disposition, and attitude. Ultimately applicants are selected by our team. Once accepted service providers are required to:

Successfully complete a 6 month continuing training program
Participate in continual reviews of skills
Meet and exceed guest and shop expectations
Be committed to metro FOR MEN's vision and mission

Elaine joined metro FOR MEN after leaving the banking industry to follow her creative passions. Now in the cosmetology field, she has completed our in-house training program and can serve our guests with her amazing attention to detail. Elaine specializes in precision haircutting and delivers just that.
