We are committed to offering our guests consistent service with a CAREing experience at every visit. The only way we can achieve this is through our associates. Our associates are selected based on their technical ability, customer service disposition, and attitude. Ultimately applicants are selected by our team. Once accepted service providers are required to:

Successfully complete a 6 month continuing training program
Participate in continual reviews of skills
Meet and exceed guest and shop expectations
Be committed to metro FOR MEN's vision and mission

Michelle has enjoyed a 20 year career in cosmetology and has joined metro FOR MEN after an 8 year hiatus. She is back and is ready to master the art of men's cutting. Michelle's goal once completing our in-house training program is to provide the best service and experience to our guests. She will deliver just that so keep checking back.
