We are committed to offering our guests consistent service with a CAREing experience at every visit. The only way we can achieve this is through our associates. Our associates are selected based on their technical ability, customer service disposition, and attitude. Ultimately applicants are selected by our team. Once accepted service providers are required to:

Successfully complete a 6 month continuing training program
Participate in continual reviews of skills
Meet and exceed guest and shop expectations
Be committed to metro FOR MEN's vision and mission

Paula has been in this industry for 19 years and has specialized in men's grooming for the past 11 years. Paula joined metro FOR MEN after her employment with Saville Barber and continues to offer her quality service by continuing her education at The MensWork Academy, as well as additional male related classes. Paula is a Senior Stylist and emphasizes her ability to stay on time so that our guests can get to their next appointment on time.
