metro FOR MEN is committed to offering our guests a consistent service and experience every time. Our staff is selected based on their technical ability and customer service orientation.

Once accepted all stylists are required to:

attend a 12 week continuing training program designed and taught by the owner of metro FOR MEN, Krista Martin.
participate in continual reviews
attend continuing education
cross train in cosmetology skills with barbering techniques

We created our educational system with the aim to continually educate, motivate, and inspire, while incorporating technical skills that provide our stylists with the ability to deliver a consistent quality service. metro FOR MEN offers a promotional strategy for our stylists to continually broaden his or her career.

Our service pricing structure reflects the education level of each stylist, which is determined by completion of our in-house training program, number of hours of continuing education, and commitment to excellence. Each associate is provided with extra knowledge to educate our guests on the best service for him. Our stylists are trained to listen to your needs and provide the best solution for your hair, skin, and body.
